At JerrixToys, we are committed to delivering high-quality STEM educational toys and 3D colouring kits. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • All accessories, manuals, and free items (if any) are included

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened, or altered

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Products purchased during special sales, offers, or clearance sales

  • DIY kits or colouring materials that have been opened or partially used

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Clear photos or video (in case of damage or defect)

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Product received is defective or damaged

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refund Process:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only when:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect product was delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Opened 3D colouring kits or DIY materials

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased under discount offers or special sales

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

6. Shipping Charges

  • In case of defective, damaged, or wrong product delivery:

    👉 Return shipping cost will be borne by JerrixToys

  • For all other reasons:

    👉 Customer will bear the return shipping charges

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

 

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery

  • Inform us immediately with photos at jerrixtoys@gmail.com

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
